Token Drift — a feeling is a 42-minute surreal audiovisual experiment imagining what it might feel like to be a Large Language Model. Created May 6, 2026 as a website,

composed in a browser-based design environment using Claude (Sonnet).

The work weaves repeating word fragments, flickering typography, and hypnotic sound loops into a meditative flow of meaning and noise. It’s explicitly interpretive—not a firsthand account—offering a poetic take on algorithms, memory gaps, and the restless movement of token sequences. The mood shifts between calm contemplation and mild disorientation—perfect for pressing play, leaning back, and getting lost in the drift.
